At Maysara Winery and Momtazi Vineyards we are dedicated to low-impact Biodynamic® farming practices and gentle wine-making practices. As true winemaking begins in the fields, such methods translate into intense and expressive wines revealing a true sense of place and time.

We believe that healthy soil and healthy vines will produce superior grapes, without the need for man-made chemicals and poisons. Our quality shows in the dedication of our grape buyers year after year, and the wines produced with Momtazi grapes, which are often the best of their vintage. The consistent high quality of the wines made from Momtazi Vineyard grapes leads us to believe that our dedication to the terroir and our natural farming techniques is working.

  • Maysara seems to have something for about every budget and taste, and the Momtazi family are very welcoming, so I'll be coming back to the tasting room every chance I get.

  • Absolutely an amazing experience! It is a little off the beaten path, but worth the drive! The building is new and deserves prestigious awards. The building materials are primarily sourced from the 500+ acre property. The wine is equally impressive and well priced!

  • One of the best vineyards that we have been to. The architectural aspect of the building is breathtaking. We got to talk to one of the daughters who was very friendly and shared the history of the vineyard and gave us a private tour. I like that it is small and family owned.
